"When the Project Consultant, Armando Sandoval came out to inspect the foundation, he actually crawled under the house and took pictures of our foundation. He also measured the house to see how far the foundation had sunk. I have had other construction companies come out and no one else crawled under the house. I felt he was very professional in the assessment of our sinking foundation. The project manager Isaac Stern constantly kept me updated with the process and procedures of the foundation repairs. I was very impressed with the respect the crew had for my property and landscape. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. They had excellent customer service."

"AZ Foundations solution did a great job repairing our stem wall. We didn t end up needed as much work done as originally estimated, so our balance was adjusted. David who did the repair had excellent customer service and explained everything that he did. My only complaint is we paid our deposit in July and the work wasn t completed until October. They marked the bottom of my house with red dots about 2 inches in diameter showing where the work needed to be done. Other than that we were happy."

He explained was very thorough in making his assessment on what his recommendations were to repair the settled section of our home. We had a few other companies come out and they didn't supply the knowledge or details that Mark provided to us. Once we scheduled the work to start, we received daily updates from the crew on the status of our project and what things they were finding, They even supplied pictures to us to correspond with the updates. The crew was able to lift the damaged section of our home up to remove the slope that we have had in our floor for over 15 years! We are truly appreciative of Dalinghaus Construction's entire team and how they took care of our home as if it was their own."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Gaje did a great job repairing some bad spalling on a section of the stem wall for a house I owned. There were some area's that had cracking and required some rebar repairs. When completed, the structural integrity was fixed and the repaired area was better than new, right down to painting the stemwall to match the exterior house paint. Job well done..."
