Gaje Contracting was great. They did very impressive work and a coat much less than I thought. Fortunately we only needed a small section of foundation repaired, but the repair looks excellent as though no repair occurred. Their communication was excellent as well. I’d recommend them to family and friends.

They actually were able to come out immediately, as we were having tiled ripped up, and look at and advise on crack in floor, before the tiling people continued. Although we did not hire, as the crack was not a big issue, their prompt response was great.

Overall, we were pleased with their work. We would recommend them to others.

Gaje did a great job repairing some bad spalling on a section of the stem wall for a house I owned. There were some area's that had cracking and required some rebar repairs. When completed, the structural integrity was fixed and the repaired area was better than new, right down to painting the stemwall to match the exterior house paint. Job well done...

GAJE CONTRACTORS owner was up front regarding the value of mud jacking our patio/room. He felt draining water away would take care of the problem. He sent a gentleman from SPRINKLERMAN to extend our drainage away from the house. The work was done efficiently and no mess was left behind.' We feel both companies are worth praise.

JR was very prompt in getting out and discussing the scope of the work and what needed to be done to repair the stem wall. The work crew did an excellent job of explaining the process as it progressed. They were methodical in making sure the project was done correctly. They worked to minimize the effect on my yard and plants.

JR at Gage Contracting was a LIFESAVER when we needed repair on our cracked concrete slab in our Gilbert home. We had a 1/4" crack down the middle of our living room that traveled through the top of our entryway and diagonally across the room adjacent to the entryway. There was no way we could sell our house in this condition and I was desperate to find a contractor who would 1) Return my calls, 2) Give me a valid quote and 3) Tell me when the work could be done. JR did all of those! In 2.5 days, the work was completed and it looks awesome. The next step is new tile and carpet installation and then we can list the house knowing that we did the right thing by getting those cracks repaired. I HIGHLY recommend JR and his crew Cody and Michael - they really know their stuff and they do great work!

My house is finally on firm ground thanks to Gaje Contracting, all their knowledge and expertise, and the enormous effort everyone put into my job. Nothing easy about it, concrete in truly horrible condition with areas bulging and falling out. JR promised he would rebuild the entire stem wall if necessary and that's just about what they wound up with. They stuck with it and did the impossible, an amazing rebuild from rusted-out rebar and crumbling concrete to completely solid foundation. Thank you Gaje Contracting, JR, Cody, Michael and all the rest of your crew!

The workers know what they are doing. J R explained the repair process in detail. The work was thorough and highly professional. The workers were friendly and willing to answer my questions as the project progressed. They cleaned up and the cost was reasonable when compared to other bids. I highly recommend Gaje.

The workers were all very courteous, clean and hard working to get the job done in a most professional manner. I would highly recommend them.

They didn't do work. The owner did come over and looked at the patio pad. He told me that if they did the injection it may crack the pad because it was too close to the stem wall. Very honest. He could of just done it and left the crack but he has a lot of pride in his work. I do have other injection jobs and will use them for sure

Okay, I know this is an unusual rating (so high), but the experience was so perfect! He called ahead to confirm appointment prior to arrival. Took just a few minutes to provide written estimate, (waaay lower than 3 other quotes), and when I said, "Great, how soon can you do it?" He said, "Right now." I was stunned. They went to work right away and kept at it. Even when they realized that the job (raising up my concrete driveway slab) would require more material than expected, (it had a HUGE cavity underneath), they went and filled the truck up again and came right back. They stayed until they finished the work and cleaned up afterwards. Even though I'm certain the job turned out to be much bigger than he expected, he honored the written quote. I gave him a $30 tip to show appreciation , (and that's unusual for me). These guys, father and son team I think, are the kind of people that I like to hire. But, they're really soooo hard to find! I wish there were more small business owners like them.

The guys showed up on time. Went right to work. Finished up on time. Cleaned up and Painted. Very satisfied the the job.
