When something went wrong with our 4 yr old system they told us the entire system needed to be replaced ($9,400). Got two second opinions and had repairs done (most parts under warranty) for under $1,800. When I asked to cancel the maintenance contract they said we had used $1,000 worth of services in 3 visits and would not refund a penny. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY - Like I am."
