Dennis is hands down the best handyman I've ever hired. he's honest, very flexibility, funny, and a perfectionist. he ran into a few unexpected snags but he handled it with ease. I trust Dennis, he's very fair and I will now only contact him for any other handyman needs. Definitely call Dennis!

Dennis and his team replaced the wall around my balcony, built a block retaining wall across my backyard and made the old beams above my porch look like new. He was reasonably priced and I believe his men are very qualified to do any job you might have. Excellent work and attention to details. Excellent job cleaning up. Will hire them again in the future!

Dennis is a nice guy and he really seemed to know his stuff. I had confidence that he would do a good job repairing my roof. A few days after he patched the roof we had a really big rain and some extra areas that he thought needed patched started to leak. I could hear it dripping slowly above my head in various places, like it was falling on the insulation but it didn't soak through enough to make a stain on the ceiling. I called him the next day and he was on vacation, which I was OK with but after he got back the following week he called and said he doubted it was leaking because he did a good job patching. He said he was real busy but would call soon and come out. A few weeks later he called and said he hadn't forgotten about me and was able to come over in an hour but I was at work. He said he would reschedule but that was about 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard from him. I have no desire to track him down though because I don't want him to do any more work. I hired a professional roofing company (also from home advisor) and the guy said it was obvious that we needed a new roof and the "handy-man" probably made it worse by disturbing areas of the roof that needed to be left alone. To summarize: He seemed like a nice guy and is probably good at small handy-man jobs but I regret trusting him with my roof. It was a waste of $700.

Dennis and his crew were outstanding. They were prompt, clean, and were great to work with. They communicated great from start to finish. Work was top notch. They repaired my brick wall, fixed the rust on the iron fence and then painted it. I loved their work and I am going to hire them to paint the outside of my house. Finding Dennis has made my life easier, as I am retired. If you want professional work done and know that its going to be done right the first time around, hire Dennis the Handyman, you won't be sorry.

Dennis was great! He and his crew did a thorough job of preparing my house for new paint: woodwork, power washing, masonry repairs. They then followed up by doing a great job of painting the exterior. On top of that everyone was exceptionally nice and friendly. I have an older home and there were several areas which needed repair. I felt like he treated my house as if it were his own and fixed everything that needed fixing. I highly recommend Dennis!

Dennis was actually hired to replace a damaged wooden gate leading to the alley from my old wooden fence. He showed up on time, he ended up having to work in one of the rare rainstorms that hit Tempe. That was his decision. He did a very professional job. I intend to hire him again in the future to do larger jobs like replacing my old fence. He was excellent.
