We woke up to a large bang one morning last week, we thought someone ran into our garage door. Turns out the spring had snapped. The first person I called was Brad and he was out within a few hours. He had everything fixed in no time. Excellent service from a professional is priceless - I highly recommend Brad to anyone!

Contractor had good response time for the estimate, text him later on to except his bid and set up a time to have the work done. However, after being an hour late for his appointment time to install, I text him to see if he had forgot about me, he text back to tell me he'd be a couple hours late which is the reason for the four stars instead of five. Did a good job, would have been much nicer to be notified of the delay

My spring snapped. Scare the heck out of me! Even though I could open the garage manually, I needed to get it fixed right away. Brad at Gryffin Garage Door came that day and changed the springs, and gave my other garage door a tune-up. He was polite, patient, and answered all of my questions. I 100% would recommend him.

Brad did a GREAT job of replacing my garage door. Someone decided to drive out of my garage with the garage door closed. Who knew that this would be bad for my garage door? Brad was able to repair the bent rollers and tracks. The door itself was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Brad provided several door options and helped us figure out which options fit our budget. Then, he looked at other doors in the neighborhood and reviewed our HOA requirements to see which of the options we liked would pass muster with the HOA. Then, he helped us submit the HOA architectural review. Once approved, he installed the door. My HOA is known to be very difficult to get along with but Brad made things run smoothly. I wish Brad was a painter on the side so he could get the HOA to agree to allow me to paint my house camouflage! Overall, Brad fixed what could be repaired, replaced what had to be replaced and made the process smooth. His knowledge and expertise were crucial to the process.

Our garage door was so loud you could hear it from anywhere in our house. I would wait to enter the house if the kids were sleeping to give it the best shot at not waking them up. Gryffin garage doors came out and tuned it up. It has never been quieter. Even when we bought the house brand new! Brad came out to look at one of our garage doors that was running slow. He assessed there was nothing wrong but rather the motor was probably slowly failing. We both agreed to wait until the motor died before making a repair. SUPER SUPER HONEST. I doubt I would have gotten the same opinion and service from another company. Gryffin Garage Doors is the best! Got me a great new door that was exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Got a new QUIET DC motor that works much better than the old one. Connects to my Wi-Fi, too. The door is insulated which makes a HUGE difference in AZ. Couldn't be happier with the results or the service. Brad is great to answer questions and give you honest solutions and not sell you more than you need.
