 I had had some minor leaking around the exhaust hood vent and another leak seemingly from around a vent on the roof in close approximatety to the kitchen sink during the past year or two, which is why I had purchased the deal. Several months ago I called Arthur King to schedule the inspection, a few days later I was aware someone or someones on the roof of my home.
