"I had a great experience with this company and highly recommend them. They coated my roof, replaced the damaged fascia board, repaired part of the roof, and replaced a leaking rain gutter that had caused the fascia damage. They also cleaned everything up and completed the painting, leaving everything looking great. What really stood out to me was their responsiveness and professionalism. They called me the same Sunday I started looking for contractors and came out the very next day to inspect my roof. They were able to begin work that same week and finished everything just a few days before we started getting heavy rain, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, they were kind, professional, knowledgeable, flexible, caring, and honest. They took the time to explain everything and made the process much less stressful. I am very happy with the quality of their work and will definitely be calling them again when I’m ready to complete other projects around my home."

"Mike D'Olivo (owner) & Braeden were on time & took a little over 2.5 hours to install 3 separate 6" gutters (approx 90'); and 3 separate downspouts (approx 50') on our large concrete "S" style tiled roof. I especially liked how they installed under the metal drip edges and insured a level 45' long gutter on the east fascia board using wedges. Great work, excellent materials, and spot on color match. I highly recommend MSD Contracting, LLC!"

"I feel like it was not a good deal. They told me I needed a new roof. They were professional and took pictures. But, I can get any company to come out and tell me that I need a new roof for free. Most places don't charge for estimates. I felt like it was an honest evaluation, but I didn't get much for my money. It was a little misleading. I thought they would replace some cracked tiles or make minor repairs. It was only an inspection, not an actual tune-up."
