We are a small business that offers a service for the community to remove your broken or unwanted appliances FREE of charge in most cases! We have been doing this since June 2018. River Valley Heat & Air, Inc. is a locally owned and operated business. We are fully insured with liability and workers comp insurance. We have an A+ BBB rating and have had since we have been in business. We charge $70.00 an hour for regular hours service calls while many of our competitors say they charge only $50 or $55 an hour they have a minimum of 2 hours. Most of our service calls are repaired in an hour or less and that includes cleaning condenser coils as part of our 1st hour service. This is necessary to properly diagnose refrigerant charge levels.
