The technician was prompt and efficient. I was doing laundry within an hour.

Because of an exacerbation of arthritis in my hands, I was not able to do this simple job of turning off circuit breaker, removing two screws and element then replacing element and screws. The element was first put in upside down which increased the in home time from 15 minutes to 20 minutes. I had researched the element cost already and knew that I could purchase one for 25- 30 dollars.Even with a markup of 100% retail on the element, this put an hourly rate of about $300. I expected a minimum in home service charge but this price was excessive.

As soon as he left I ran a full load in the machine and it leaked again.  I called back to tell them that the machine leaked again and they said they would be back in the morning (today).  By noon they had not arrived.  I called and they indicated they would NOT be back and that my check would be returned.  Poor service, rude response and not very professional.  I won't use them again.

The service call went just fine.  The repair man was courteous, on time, and very informative about what was wrong with my refrigerator, and what the repair costs would be.  I would recommend them for sure!

Couldn't be happier.  First called about a month ago with an ice maker problem.  Kyle quickly trouble-shot and said it was the water valve not closing completely because of Bella Vista's hard water.  He ordered the part, but while waiting, the problem seemed to fix itself.  I asked if we could cancel the return trip to install the part, and he said that'd be OK since they could use the valve on another job.  He also told me I'd probably want him back in a couple of weeks when the valve acted up again.  A couple of weeks later, the door water dispenser began leaking, and when Kyle returned my call, he said the problem would still be the water valve.  I asked him to order it again, he came out, replaced the valve, and all is well with the ice maker and water dispenser.  Kyle was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable, and the ladies I spoke with in setting up appointments were equally interested in great customer service.  One of the reasons I originally went with these folks was a service call charge that was less than half of what others were quoting - $30.  That was to be applied to any labor cost, but since I cancelled the installation of the first part, I was willing to pay that separately.  However, they held the work order open, knowing I'd be calling back, and they treated installation of the second part as if it was the first.  Just a really great bunch of people to work with.

It had a bad compressor and he tried one fix. He said it may not work and if it does not, they will refund the price of the part and only charge for the service call. It did not work and they did just as they said and refunded cost of the part. Very positive experience with the company. This past weekend my tenant called with a wash machine that was not draining. I didn't hesitate who to call. They came out, had the part with them and replaced a bearing, total cost $137. Great all around experience.

Allen was the repair man's name. He was very nice and courteous. Our dryer quit working so we decided to replace a few things on our own and when those didn't work we called Certified Appliance Services. He was on time, he was actually early but I couldn't make it to my house until the designated time we agreed upon. He showed up right on the dot, established that our dryer needed the time replaced after disassembling the dryer trying to find the easiest and quickest fix first. When he figured out it was the time he called his office, ordered the part and gave me an exact price of his services before he left so we knew what to expect when he came back and fixed the timer. I'm very satisfied with the service of the company and will call them in the future if anything should need to be repaired. The price seemed a bit pricey to me but considering the other reviews, it seems about normal. And after reading other reviews from other companies I really shouldn't complain because it was the cheapest. All-in-all, I'm very pleased. He even went out of his way to do a few extra things to the dryer to ensure that it stays working properly for a while.

Our washer would not drain and there was a smell of burned rubber. Our assumption was that the belt had broken. We called Certified Appliance Service and they were able to come the same day. Joe looked and told that the drain pump bearing had gone bad and the drain pump was frozen. He had a replacement with him. Once he removed the drain pump, he showed me how it could be seen by comparing it to the new drain pump.
The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and we are pleased with the work.

Our frig went on the blink so I called around the next morning to see who could get out real soon so we wouldn't lose everything in the frig and freezer. I called certified and told them the situation, they made an appt and put us on a waiting list in case they could get out sooner. To my joy they called back within 2 hrs to see if I could meet them. The technician was in the area between appts and made the time to fit us in, because he understood our predicament. I was so happy to have someone come out so quickly, he fixed our condenser issue quite fast and I thought the bill was well within reason...especially since I had an operational frig within 2 hrs of placing my call. I will call them again without hesitation and would also recommend them to others!

My clothes dryer stopped working in the middle of the Christmas holidays...company coming to stay, shopping, cooking, etc.!!! Certified came out and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, ordered the part, told me when they would have it fixed, came back and fixed it and saved the day!

My dishwasher was not working properly. I called CA and they came at the time promised, he found the problem was a computer board but it was backordered. A week later they called and said they had found the part from another warehouse and we set up appointment for today. He came at the time promised and fixed it. The part was expensive but that was not CA's fault as it was a computer component. They were prompt and professional. I have used them once before for my dryer and I will use them again if needed.

My dryer quit drying and my plumber who installed it said it was not blowing air. I called Certified Appliance on Friday and they said they could come out that afternoon but that was not convenient for me. I asked if they could come Monday, they put me in window of 8-10:00 AM. Simon called about 7:30 and said he was on his way, he arrived right at 8:00. He was very professional. He determined the blower belt had come off which he fixed. He also cleaned the vents and replaced the rigid vent hose with a flexi type. He was on his way in 30-40 minutes. The price was below what i was expecting. I will use this company again if i need large appliance repair.

It was a fantastic experience. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. The part we needed was on his truck so there was no time wasted. This is a great great company!!!

The company was very responsive, sent a tech out the same afternoon. He performed the service with parts off the truck and was professional in every way. We were chilling that evening. I will definitely call them again.

The service was excellent. The technician arrived on time and was thorough and had it repaired and reassembled in a reasonable amount of time. He was very professional and knew what was wrong and had the parts with him to repair the dishwasher. I would use them again on any applicances.

They come out, usually the same day, and take care of my appliances.
