Mr. Sawyer came to our home personally for the estimates. We appreciated that. Everything went smoothly. If something was not to our liking, they fixed it immediately. It took a long time due it raining almost every day for 2 months, but we were understanding and they were always there when they could be. The gentlemen that worked on our home were all very nice and polite. Mr. Sawyer said that he wanted to make sure that we were very happy when it was all said and done. We are very happy and we would (and have) recommend Sawyer's to our friends and neighbors. It's like having a brand new home.

Started the project several months after they promised. When completed had to have them come back and fix several cosmetic items. Had to continuously call them to get response. They made some promises about the product that were not followed through. Finally just quit coming all together. The porch was fine in the end but took a lot to get them to stand up to what they promised.

"After reading this review I had to do some investigating to figure out who this person was. It took a while because this person didn't use her name or address that we had on file. I thought it was either very shady or that she had a bad day and wanted to blow off some steam at some one's expense. The reason that I say that is because the job was completed in May of 2011 to her satisfaction and this complaint or review was made in February of 2014. The contract was written on March 29 2011 and she was told that it would take six weeks to get all of the material in because it was being manufactured in Detroit Michigan to her specs and that we would set an install time when we received the room. She was completely fine with that and we built her a beautiful room which was completed in that time frame with some additions to the room such as a tongue and groove sub floor a finished back wall and seamless guttering and downspouts. These additions were not a part of the contract... they were a gift from us. Hopefully she is enjoying her room because as always we strive to give our customer more than what they pay for."

- Construction was done on a timely basis. Quality was excellent. Fullfilled all committments. Left the area clean.
Only issue I had was with communications with work supervisor. Issues arose over when people would arrive to finish
certain tasks. Most of these issues were over electrical tasks that were to be finished. I would be told a day and the workmen
would not arrive, would call for specifics and would be told a new date, again no one would arrive. Would then again have to
call for answers. Followup was not as good as expectations. I was probably too tolerant at first, but after having a very directed
discussion this issue was much improved.
Very pleased with final result and would not hesitate to reccommend Sawyer to anyone. Recently had to have a weather
related repair made and followup was excellent. Again high quality work.

I was very satisfied with their work. It took the windows awhile to come in, but I think that was due to the manufacture of the windows. They did a good job, and I’m pleased with the porch!

They guaranteed me that the deck was strong enough to hold the sunroom, but I've had someone else out to look at the deck, and they told me that it sunk an inch. After questioning the weight several times, Mr. Sawyer assured me that it would hold, but now it appears that I'm going to have another company install a supports on the edge of the sunroom.

"This review really surprises us. We have never been notified that there is any issue w/ the deck. The deck was already built at their home; we removed a tree, built additional deck in that space, and then secured it and insulated underneath. We went above and beyond on the Customer's home, providing them w/ extra material at no charge, and gave them excellent customer service with additional leg work, for work outside of our contract. They were extremely happy at job completion and were wonderful customers to work with."

There was no pressure from sales team - pleased with concrete work and the construction. The workers were all professional - it was a wonderful experience.

They put the soffit on and it was really nice. They finished what a previous service provider did not finish.
