Real Estate Auctions
We did not offer to sale our house just twenty years of collectibles nobody wanted to dust. They came in and set up for the auction an entire week or two before the big sale. Unlike other auction services I had spoken with, who seemed to just want people to dig through the items for sale and leave the rest in dismay for the homeowner to deal with. They put all the small items we wanted sold on flats and took them outside to be sold. We also had a 10X20 storage unit of crap they loaded THEMSELVES, brought over to our house and auctioned it all off in the same fashion as I was able to watch my personal belongings coming off the uhaul, such as my daughters' old report cards, family pictures, home videos, etc to ensue it did not get mixed in with the sale! I do hope I am able to write more later... right now.. I'm exhausted. =)
