We have had a termite inspection contract with Elite Exterminating for several years now. We chose this company because of his promptness and reasonable price. He was also extremely informative. We just had our regular yearly inspection that was performed by Shawn Bruning. Very nice, well mannered young man. He arrived on time and was extremely thorough, even tapping the window sills that we had never had anyone do. He left his card and requested that we call if we had any questions or problems. Excellent service every time and they remind you when your inspection is due. Would not consider any other company as this one is the best.

Never had a problem and we've been using Elite since we bought this house in 2011. Always on time, professional and I don't have to be home for them to perform services.

Reminder notices are sent, scheduling is accommodated, pricing is very reasonable and up front, and servicemen are prompt, professional, and do a quality job.

We've used Orval and the Elite crew for many years and wouldn't consider hiring anyone else to do this essential home maintenance service.

Very nice and easy experience. Was able to call and schedule/pay over the phone. They did not require me to take off work or leave work early to meet them at the house. I was able to meet them after work so very convenient. The guy was very friendly. Glad to be doing business with them. i think the price is great! For moving to a bigger house and having a cheaper yearly payment, is very nice!

I liked their professionalism. The guys came out and they were prompt. When the man said he was going to be here, they were here. They told me right upfront how much it was going to cost. He explained everything. He answered any kind of questions. He's personable. The guy who came did the work. I talked to them and they knew what they were doing. They have a pretty good reputation. They were right on the spot. They seemed to be honest folks.

They are fabulous. I moved into an older home that was filled with roaches and everything. The first time he came out, he put down some peanut butter looking stuff and they were gone. He comes out every three months and I have not seen another one. I have been in my house for 2 years. The cost is what I pay every three months. He was friendly and great. They are the best service that I have ever used. I think that they are in line with everyone else. I will continue to use them.
