Matlock Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. I called and spoke with Mr. Matlock and described the problem I had. He said he was not sure when he could come, but would call me back. He called the next day and we worked out a time that day for the service call. At the scheduled time, Mr. Matlock and his son arrived and began the repair. They determined that additional parts were needed to complete the repairs properly. Since my lavatory is a vintage 1948 Crane, parts are not available locally. Mr. Matlock assisted me in locating a plumbing supply house in California on the internet that had the required parts, which I then ordered. The parts have just arrived and Mr. Matlock is returning to finish the repairs.
I am very impressed with Matlock Plumbing and will highly recommend them to anyone.
