"I used the Orlando branch of Ultragreen and they destroyed large portions of my lawn by applying too much and the wrong materials. The worst part is that even though I was told by other lawn professionals that the only way to fix the problem was to re sod the dead sections, they refused to repair their mistake. They tried for months using "special" solutions to stimulate the lawn growth in the dead areas to no avail. When they firmly refused to repair the lawn properly, my only choice was to stop using their service and pay myself to have the lawn re sodded."
