I used the Orlando branch of Ultragreen and they destroyed large portions of my lawn by applying too much and the wrong materials. The worst part is that even though I was told by other lawn professionals that the only way to fix the problem was to re sod the dead sections, they refused to repair their mistake. They tried for months using "special" solutions to stimulate the lawn growth in the dead areas to no avail. When they firmly refused to repair the lawn properly, my only choice was to stop using their service and pay myself to have the lawn re sodded.

My lawn looked better when I was fertilizing it myself. After two treatments by UltraGreen, my lawn went downhill very fast and looked worse than all my neighbors'. I developed more weeds and nutsedge than I had before hiring them. When I called to request a pest control spray ASAP, they never came. The one time I was home when the technician came out to spray, I was surprised at how quickly he was able to do it with just a hand sprayer; this combined with the results led me to conclude that it was not a thorough application.

There used to be a distinct difference between my lawn and my neighbor’s; you could see where our lawns met. Now mine is just as green and getting thicker and has less weeds than before. Highly recommend.

I was quite impressed with this company as I had new sod installed while I was out of town and was told that it would need to be treated. I contacted Ultragreen told them what was happening and that I was out of town. They not only service my lawn but told me they would wait until I got home to create an account and pay for the services. That does not happen today. Each time they have serviced my property I get an email informing me what was done and the name of the person that was there. Love this company!

UltraGreen was very easy to work with. Very punctual and I always get information on what I need and wants being done. They also give me options on other applications.

Ultra green is great! I could never control the crabgrass or other seasonal weeds treating my lawn myself. Ultra green had my lawn under control after about a year of service.

In less than three months my grass is thicker and greener than the years of service by a major lawn service. HIGHLY recommend.

Ultra green offered me an 1/2 price first lawn treatment. They came out on a complete down pour rainy day. The treatment did not help or affect the grass (kill weeds, fertilize) in any way. When I received my first bill I was charged the entire amount. Called the office and dealt with a very unprofessional person and finally got it changed. I canceled my service didn't want to deal with this unprofessional businesses. After canceling I had a phone call from a service man told him I had canceled he kept badgering me why why did you cancel. He actually showed up at my door and was very aggressive towards me. Trying to avoid a situation I walked back in to my house. after this I received a bill in the mail for the other half of my 1st service. I thought there was no contract?? I have to this date not received a corrected bill. This is why I would not recommend Ultra Green.

Fantastic...my service went as well as all the rest of my experiences with Ultra Green...the techs are beyond friendly and professional. Very happy customer here...would recommend organic treatments with live microbes over typical chemical treatments for your lawn.

Not done yet - paid for 1 year service. I do wish someone would have come out and conulted with me face to face and went over the need of my lawn.

I'm very satisfied with my ultragreen service. Prices are competitive and service is on-time. I only had one issue where the weeds that were sprayed didnt die after treatment. I called ultragreen and they were out the next day. That did the trick! Must have been some ultra resistant buggers:) Highly recommended.

I couldn't be happier with the work UltraGreen has done to get rid of the weeds in my lawn and improve the health of my grass. For years I battled the weeds that were steadily taking over my yard. I was determined to get rid of them myself. I wasted a lot of time and energy in a losing battle. I finally gave up and began looking for a professional to do the job. After reading reviews on Angie's List, I contacted UltraGreen. They did not disappoint. After the first application, I saw positive results with weeds shriveling and dying before my eyes. Subsequent applications continued to work wonders. Not only are the weeds gone, but my grass looks so healthy, neighbors tell me they want to take off their shoes and bury their toes in my lawn. Several UltraGreen technicians have worked on my lawn, and every one of them have been professional, polite, eager to help, and they come when they're supposed to. I highly recommend UltraGreen.

Excellent! Carlos and Juan has been very professional and courtesy. They guaranteed to make my grass look better. I took them up on their offer at a great price. Within the first two weeks, I started to see the difference. Now my yard has been the envy of the neighborhood and creating more business for UltraGreen. They are good and reliable and the grass looks good. My only issue is that they sold me a service I didn't need--treatment for a bug that was killing grasses in Central Arkansas but this bug did not affect zoysia grass and that is what I have.

The treatments do their job and keep weeds out. However, I have had a terrible time getting the company to contact me before showing up for a treatment. There have also been times when they have contacted me and not shown up - then rescheduled and not shown up again! Very frustrating.

Guys were very professional, promt , and went out of their way to meet my time constraints.

Ultra green does great with our lawn service! We are in a newly developed neighborhood that built on clay soil and the builders did not bring in enough top soil to make for good yards-ultra green has still helped our grass grow in beautifully despite the less than ideal conditions!!

UltraGreen is the best.  I have been using them for three years and well satisfied.  Weeds are almost non existent and grass looks great.  This is the first time I have used a lawn service, but when I added up what I would have spent on fertilizer, weed killer and other things; it costs probably less for UltraGreen to do it for me.  Very through people and I'm a gardener and I wanted to make sure they did not kill any of my shrubs or plants and they have done a good job.  I had a friend in Houston that had a beautiful and big tree killed by the lawn service.  Honest folks, good service, reasonable price; what more do you want.

I usually treat my own lawn but once I heard about Ultra Green and their treatments and processes I was sold. Can't beat a beautiful healthy lawn that's also safe for the family and pets. With just two applications my whole lawn has changed and on its way to be awesome. This is the first time I've seen the Bermuda! Stephen Russell was the person that helped me and he was extremely knowledgable. Definitely will continue their services!
