I was surprised that the first thing they did was contact the tech center of the manufacturer of our tankless heater to see if it could be repaired. They did perform several options and got it working, but could not say how long the repair would last. From there they left and researched a new system, which we decided on as the unit we had was over 4 years old and not the best quality, and they returned two hours later to install and make sure we had working hot water over the holiday. Very professional, quality work, full explanation of what was happening, did not waste time, and the workmen were polite and took care to clean up.
