Had an interior water leak and one day part of my wall just fell. I saw that the leak from shower . I called Its Plumbing Friday before Memorial day. I told them this is non emergency water leak and William came out the next Tuesday . William was very nice and told me it was my shower valve system was stripped due to aftermarket knobs were installed and this type of shower can not have after market knobs and need complete new system installed. William quoted $600 but got it $500 if I did the demo work and make valve accessible to plumber . William fit me in 10 days later again not an emergency so that was fine. Scott came out and did a 5 star job . He explained what was wrong and went out of his way to make sure it was 100 percent fix . He went above and beyond what I expected . I am very please with his work . I will be using them again . Very professional .

These guys absolutely ripped me off! Overcharged for job that was never completed.

"This client had called us out due to frozen pipes along with half of NWA. She had zero broken pipes, however we discovered that there were exposed pipes in her attic above her garage. Those pipes were wrapped with heat tape and we spent countless hours helping thaw with a heat gun as well. We got all the water moving except for a toilet. When we started she had zero water moving and because we couldn't get the toilet moving we turned out to be the bad guys. This customer was ungrateful for even the majority we got right. Remarkably, we could not predict the thaw rate of frozen pipes in this weather."

Matt, the owner stopped by the next morning after we called. He investigated the problem and walked us through the issue. He showed that there was more than sufficient water pressure at the refrigerator. He was helpful and courteous throughout the process.

Matthew and Mike responded quickly to all emails and were able to perform the work within a few days. They explained all that needed done and did not try to add on additional services. They cleaned up after performing the work and spoke to us afterward about what was found and to call if we had any issues.

Replaced my old electric tankless water heater with a new one. I would definitely use ITS Plumbling again and highly recommend them! Very nice, reliable and a good price,too! They do electrical, also. I’m glad I found ITS Plumbling!

Great! They couldn't snake out my clog, realized my pipes were old, had leaks and weren't really installed correctly in the first b place. They charged a reasonable amount and did the work while we were away on vacation. It was great. ❤ I was very impressed with their professionalism and affordability.

Far exceeded expectations. It's Plumbing is reliable and very professional at reasonable cost. They responded rapidly, referred someone to find the leak, and gave us the option to repair or replace. The estimates were detailed with pros and cons for each choice. We opted to replace due to having repaired a leak 8 months prior (different plumber) and didn't want to worry about even more later. We cannot recommend It's Plumbing HIGHLY enough, and we will never use another plumber. High integrity, reliability, honesty and are the qualities of the people and the work from the folks at It's Plumbing. From the office to the on-site plumber, they genuinely want to solve the customer's problem.
