"Beware- Blake Roeder of Roeder Properties Llc/ is very rude and unprofessional- regularly stopped by unit unannounced threatening tenant and tenant minor children with eviction with false accusations- admits to videoing tenant w/o consent. Texted Mr. Roeder pictures of water leaking into unit from back door every time it rained- said he would place screen door- never did. Other tenants (who were not of color) were asked if the were harassed or threatened and they stated they were not. When tenants of color were asked about treatment-stated that they too had informed Roeder of problems in their unit - but problem was never resolved- buyer beware- Roeder appears to have a propensity of maltreatment and not fixing things- but only if you are a person of color. Property: 11001 Frenchmen Loop NLR AR."

I promise you will not find a better company to make you happy with all your wants and needs. I personally supervise every job and make sure it is up to my high standard's of quailty. My goal is to make you the customer love my work and refer me to all your family and friends. I was in business in Mobile Al from 2004 until 2010 during Hurricane's Ivan, Katerina,Dennis and Rita. I have yet to come across a stump uprooted that I couldn't remove or grind. I just got married and moved here. All my equipment is commercial grade and will do no damage to your yard. I do it all from pressure washing,tree pruning,stump grinding, Hauling off tree's, and total lawn maintenance,landscaping,fertilization and treatment of grass and tree's for all type's of bugs and disease . I am your total lawn care company.
