Mr. Robinson, was very nice, professional and easy to work with. He did an excellent job building my brick mailbox. I sent him a picture and he did a great job. Very pleased with his work.

Todd and Barry repaired my brick mailbox that had been knocked over. Todd was quick to get back with quotes and scheduling the repair. The turnaround time for the repair was less than one week. He was very thorough with explaining the job he was going to do and his work was extremely well done. I would hire Todd to do any future brick work.

He came out the same day and had the job done within two days!! Saved me $500 because he reused some of the brick. Even added the extra concrete to the base. Excellent work!

Todd gave me brick choices to choose from. He was able to have mine built and my brothers stone mailbox re built in a week. Great work. Super nice guy. I have recommended him to family

Project went great. Todd was very responsive and thorough in explaining the process. This was on an older house with a less-than-common brick color, and the window being closed in was on the front of the house, so I was concerned about matching the brick. I'm amazed at how close Todd got the brick color, and he did a special wash after so the new brick looked aged like the older brick. I had a quote from another brick company before who ended up too busy for my job, so Todd's price was reasonable based on the other quote I received, and I believe very fair for the work he did. He was able to start the job sooner than I expected, he stayed right on schedule, and he stayed right on budget. Great job and I would use again!

The job was obviously rushed at the end, and he ended up charging more than he said, but I never got it in writing.

Called for an estimate which Todd got me the same day I called. Agreed on the price and was out to my house to complete the new mailbox the very next day! Todd called Acme brick and got a match for the brick on my house. He provided the new larger mailbox insert. All I had to do was write the check. Couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. Very professional. Thanks for the excellent service.

Building the mailbox was done in half a day. Made no mess and minimal disturbance of ground around it. Had to wait about a month to get the numbers and flag put on. Very pleased with finished product. It may have been that our time expectations were unrealistic but if I need them to do something else, would get them to tell me when they expected to Completely finish.

Todd, the owner, is a very personable and nice gentleman to speak with, but the job did not go as expected.

The job created a lot of dust and mess in the house.  Todd's vacuum and work covers were loaded with grit and dust from other jobs.  We are still trying to get the dust off of our new hardwood floors.

Todd's work was good in some areas but poor in others.  One side of the den fireplace with a corner is poorly done and the stones bow out and the edges run uphill and downhill.  The opposite side of the same fireplace face is well aligned and the stones run level.  On the other fireplace a small stone was installed with the cut edge exposed.

Corrective action was attempted by Todd but the result was worse than when he started and he also cracked a larger stone while removing the small one.

Calls to Todd went unanswered for several days even though voice mails were left.  A stop payment on the last payment of 10% check was issued until the work was completed.

Todd finally came to the house and the corrective actions discussed.  The needed items were discussed and I pointed out the issues I had with the den fireplace where the edge was not well done.  Todd did not take the feedback well and made the following statements:

1. My wife paid him the last payment and that was "acceptance" of the work.

2. He had been back once to make a correction, but it was removed before it set as it was not acceptable.  He was being inconvenienced having to come back again.

3.  A stop payment on the check was "disrespectful" to him.

Todd demanded payment for the stopped check plus fees his bank had assessed before he would do any more work.  I will not pay for work that is not done and Todd left.  I have not heard from Todd in over a week and I will find another contractor to correct and then complete the work.

Todd and Brick Masters are highly rated on Angie's list but my experience was poor - how did he achieve those high ratings with the example of the work he performed for me and his behavior over the needed corrections?

They did a great job across the board. He was friendly and up front about the options and cost. They showed up on time for the estimate and the actual work, and were finished quickly. The mailbox looks great and has a few nice design details - it's exactly what we wanted. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Todd Robinson was very attentive and incorporated all our wishes. He removed the old mailbox, an unneeded and unused paper tube from the brick work. He provided a new house number block for the front of the brickwork. He installed the new mailbox with a and quot;weather-lipand quot; around the front and installed a provided metal flag to the outside of the brickwork. All was done promptly, just 2 days after the go-ahead, cleaned up after all was done. Very efficient, great quality and a good price. Can't ask for anything better!

He put extra effort into making the new brickwork blend in with the old. Looks much better and more professional than the original.

Our mailman was all smiles the first delivery after work was done and thanked us for the upgrade.

This was a perfect job. Todd came out in advance and explained exactly what he would do to build our brick mailbox enclosure. He gave me a firm price. At the agreed-upon time Todd and his crew showed up and built a beautiful brick mailbox, including a reinforced concrete footing, the new metal mailbox, custom address tile and red signal flag. They worked steadily until the job was done and left the worksite cleaner than it was before they arrived. My wife and I love the mailbox and will definitely call Brick Master if we ever need another brick masonry job.

He seemed like a really great guy but he was out said by a friend of ours who has a private business himself. He was really very informative and gave a really good bid. He was very quick in responding and getting in touch.

I called Todd on 5/17 to replace my rusted out mailbox inside of the brick enclosure. He was out later that afternoon and knocked it out in about two hours. Now it looks like new.

Brick Master was very good at evaluating the work and explaining the cause and corrective actions that were available. This was a small job but they were able to work me in around other existing commercial work.

Again, on the whole, the work he does is wonderful. His lack of follow-up was disappointing.

They did a very good job. I give them A's across the board. I would use their services again in the future.
