River Valley Builders

Nathan Cooper of River Valley Builders was the third builder to bid on an addition project at our Hillcrest home. (We had two earlier experiences with builders that were ... unfortunate.) In contrast, our experience with Nathan was delightful. The cost was reasonable. His design was great, and he was willing to work with us for small changes. Workmanship quality was superb. He communicated with us at every step. He temporarily fenced off the back yard for our two dogs and he and they became fast friends. We were able to live in the house during the construction, which saved a great deal of money and provided overnight protection of the property and building supplies, etc.  He finished on time and on budget. It passed inspections on the first go. The entire experience was a delight (and a relief). Now our home has increased in value more than the cost of the addition. We are very happy customers and heartily recommend Nathan and his Company.
