When we met this customer's husband on site, he began yelling and was very unprofessional. We have since have tried to contact them to arrange a time to go out and meet them again on site. Mr. Price, owner, has agreed to change out the pipe boots that your husband "didn’t want painted" - we will install new metal ones and leave them unpainted. However, we did put new pipe boots on the roof the first time. The chimney flashing, however, was replaced per the estimate and the customer and Mr. Price both reviewed before/after photos while he was on the property with her last week and agreed the chimney flashing was changed based on the photos. Your recent review was very inaccurate: We did use all new materials. And always do. That's why your review is the ONLY one star review or any review less than 5 stars. We did not do L or step flashing where roof meets wall because this was not part of the scope of work (itemized) we sent. It was NOT included and the customer didn’t pay for this, therefore we didn’t do it. Additionally, We left no “open wood” on the home, there was simply a piece of your trim board that was rotted already that fell off during the installation. This was already vulnerable to weather. However, Mr. Price says he will repair this trim board for you as well. Furthermore, we also didn’t do any type of damage to the chimney and have photos of the before and after. The balance to us is still due for this job and they have paid for less than 50% of the roof and it is now completed. We hope to reach a resolution soon.Ask for details
