I would no longer need his poor service. He begged to let him retreat again and guarantied he could solve my issue, said he would return in 10 days to verify. I allowed him under our agreement. two weeks later the lawn was worse. I called him and no reply, mailed a letter to the main office and explained the issues I had and to terminate the service. They never offered to come and look at my lawn. I did get a call from the home office requesting I continue the service but no offer to look at my lawn. Repeated several times that the guarantied their service. Then I received an invoice after I was told on the phone I had no balance

Our yard began washing due to the grass dying. Would never recommend them to anyone. We are going to find someone else to perform our services for our yard
