I’ve been working with Dustin since 2021, and simply put—he’s been a lifesaver for me and my team that manages an Airbnb in Hot Springs. As a host, I rely heavily on trustworthy and capable help, and he’s gone above and beyond time and time again. Over the years, he’s handled everything from big renovation projects—like transforming our entire downstairs into a stunning wet bar/entertainment area, and renovating our upstairs patio—to more routine but essential tasks like pressure washing and deck repairs. Beyond the physical work, he’s reliable in a pinch. He’s stepped in to handle urgent issues while guests were staying at the property, including calling trusted vendors for emergency AC repairs, leaks, and more. He’s always responsive, resourceful, and has never left me hanging. On top of being incredibly skilled, he’s also professional, friendly, honest, and very reasonable with his pricing. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help manage and maintain the property. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable contractor in the area.

Dustin and Forest added a closet inside my home had to relocate the electrical and plumbing for washer and dryer after framing a new wall. Communication great, quality of work was great and there were zero issues anytime. I'm a hard guy to satisfy and these guys made it easy, I'll be using them in the future!

I cannot brag enough about all the wonderful work Dustin & Forrest have done for me since 2021 ! Bathroom remodels / small window touch-ups / complete duplex overhaul / kitchen re-dos / landscape projects …. They can do it ALL . Dustin has a great eye & will not stop until the job is PERFECT . We loved working with the guys from Natural State Craftsman. We were so pleased with the screened porch that we had them back to do the privacy screen/raised flower boxes around the hot tub! Quality work, and great design ideas. The whole crew was a pleasure. I can’t imagine using anyone else!

Natural State Craftsman did an outstanding job on our home’s interior. From the very beginning, they helped us choose the perfect colors and textures to bring our vision to life. They even removed our old popcorn ceilings, and the results were amazing. Their process — from setup to finishing — was professional, organized, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond, sealing gaps with silicone and making sure every last detail was completed before they left. It’s rare to find a crew that takes this much pride in their work. These guys did a fantastic job, and I truly appreciate their skill, care, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

This team is fantastic! They executed a complete home remodel (inside and outside) of our family home in Oklahoma. Just a wonderful experience. They are true craftsman and can do anything: electrical, plumbing, finishing, trim, networking … just everything! We are so thankful to have found Natural State Craftsman.
