"This company does not answer my phone calls. We never knew when they planned to arrive to work on our installations. We ordered three air conditioning units and three heating units. The last unit was a heat pump instead of a regular air conditioner but I allowed them to install the unit since we were told the fan would run when the temperature was below 32 degrees.. Lennox shipped the wrong unit. We were not familiar with a heat pump. The unit fan runs constantly and the installer will not return my phone call."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

I selected the Goodman units and we agreed on installation to begin the following Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. with an estimate of 5 hours for completion. He arrived a few minutes early on Tuesday and completed the installation an hour ahead of schedule. He and his helper were very professional, courteous and helpful.
