These guys were prompt and very professional through the entire process. The technician was very thorough going through my unit and cleaning it out. Since I was at work, he took photos of what was causing the issue and to show how bad of shape my filters were in. Afterwards, I signed up for the annual maintenance plan to avoid future issues and to get a status on how my systems are operating.

The repairman was very knowledgeable and this was our first time using Atchley. Apparently the guy who installed the unit wired it wrong and we were running heat and air at the same time. Was very prompt and kind. We will always be using them from now on.

They put more freon in my unit. They also offered to do a leak check. I declined. 3 days later I had the same problem and called them to do a leak check as they had advised prior. To make a long story short, they worked with me on price and scheduled coming out to work around my odd work schedule. I haven't had any problems since. The price I paid included all three trips it took to fill, inspect, repair, and fill again. They also performed my heating maintenance on my unit.

This work was done as a follow up to installing ac /heat system. Here is the point of it all for me.Mike the owner had a crew do the work. Several months later a problem developed. I call Archery Air. They discovered the cause fixed the problem. Mike call to personally assure me the work was covered by Archery Air. They showed up on time and did repairs , problem solved. Now lots of companies promise to provide service and resolve issues AtchleyAir really does what they say. They are honest and stand by their word.

they were super awesome and very professional. they serviced both the inside and outside unit as always. We have been with Atchley Air for over 8 years. They do a really good job. They sell a good product and they give us a good service. They are a little bit above average in what they charge. We've never had many problems. We've had very few problems but they always come within a few hours.

I have Atchley come out every 6 months to inspect our heat/AC unit. They clean filters, replace thermostat batteries, measure the CO reading, check all the operational parts of the furnace. Today they found a blocked drain and repaired it before it became a problem. I pay a one time charge for two visits, one in the spring and one in the fall. In addition, when we need repair work, they always come out within a few hours of being called. We have used them for about 5 years.
