I had a leak which included foundation repair, sheetrock repair, replacing the hardwood floor, trimming down some doors, laying new vapor barrier under my house and regrouting a shower. The hardwood matches exactly and I could not be more pleased with the Johnson Brothers. They came highly recommended to me by a large foundation company in the area that could not work on my old house since my crawl space was not tall enough. They told me that there are alot of people that say they do foundation work, and some may be cheaper, but if you want someone that knows what they are doing call the Johnson Brothers. The best tool for drilling into brick or mortar is a rotary hammer drill which is a large hammer drill with low rotation speed and high torque. Regular drills with a hammer function are also excellent tools for drilling into brick when the diameter of the hole is 1/2 inch or less.
