He did plumbing work on my house, and he charged me twice as much in labor than what he actually provided. He charged me for 6 hours in labor for a job that took him less than 3 hours and 9x as much for materials. I asked for a beak down prior to the job, and mistakenly let him do it even though he showed up without it. He came recommended from someone, so I thought he was trustworthy. Very bad mistake on my part. He finally gave me the breakdown, which clearly shows everything stated above. He is also a realtor so just be careful, I would not recommend hiring him for any type of work due to my personal experience!!!"

"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them.
