Very pleased with Tim Hull. He responded promptly to my inquiry, confirmed the work and time of arrival and completed all tasks. He was professional and courteous. I will call again, when necessary.

We weren't able to have a "winterized" line installed because there wasn't an appropriate location to install the pipe, but Tim found a simple way to get water to our second floor deck. We'll have to be sure and drain it during the winter months, but it was our best option. He carefully explained how it could be installed and answered my questions and I'm thrilled with the result. No more filling watering cans or dragging hose up the stairs!

They were really good, very professional. The work took about two and a half hours. There was one plumber, he left the area very clean.

Tim stuck to his original cost estimate and showed up on time. He maintained good communication throughout the process.

Called Tim Friday morning and made an appointment for 3:00 that afternoon. He was on time and had it fixed in less than an hour. Great service and great price.

Tim was polite, and professional. He arrived on time and made every effort to satisfy.

hot water tank went out. we had below freezing temps he came and fixed it that day and was very quick and is a very nice person I would recommend him for almost any job.

I called on Friday, April 19th and set an appointment for Monday, April 22nd at 12:30. Tim arrived on time and repaired the bathroom drain, replacing the main part of the sink drain, and the leaking kitchen faucet, replacing the gaskets and springs, in a very timely manner. He cleaned up after both repairs and the charges were right on target. I have lived in Bella Vista for over 10 years and we have called Tim at least three times for different issues with equally satisfactory results. I would not hesitate to call Tim again in the future.

He gave us excellent service. He got us a really good deal and installed it properly and we haven't had any problem with it since. I've used him before and he's always done great work for us.

We had a toilet that kept filling up every 20 minutes, it was driving my wife nuts and costing us money. The plumber was able to make an appointment for after 6PM when I get home from work. (he didn't charge any extra for this special request). He was waiting in my driveway when I got home from work, he seemed to know exactly what was wrong and had the new part in place in a short time. The price was exactly what he quoted on the phone and there were no silly add ons like a trip charge or after hours fee. We will use this company again, we were very pleased.

On 08-15-2011, I called to make an Appointment for the same Tub Draining problem and scheduled an Appoinment for Tuesday, the 16th of August at 9:00 AM. Well on Tuesday at 11:10 AM, I get a Call from the Owner, Tim Hull asking me if it is OK to reschedule for Wednesday at the same appointment time as he had a personal matter to attend to that may last hours. I agreed and was very supportive and replied that I hoped everything went well. Wednesday rolls along NO PLUMBER, NO CALLS. I call Wednesday and leave a message on their Recorder at 2:30 PM. NO RETURN CALLS. It is now Thursday and NO CALLS, and NO PLUMBER. I call again at 9:30 AM Thursday to Discover that their answering maching is FULL and not accepting new messages. Now it is Friday, 3 days have passed without even a Courtesy Call or Return Call. I Called again Friday Morning at 8:20 AM and was able to leave a message which shows that this Plumber was receiving and clearing the calls from the Recorder but choose not to return the Calls. After using this Plumber for more than 3 years, always paying immediately with a 15% Cash TIP! And this is how they treat their Customers. If this Plumber does not have the Professionalism to at least return the calls from an Active Customer after making an Appointment to do the Customer's Work, the LEAST they could do is return the Call. If the Plumber no longer wants the Customers work, they should at least have the DECENCY to tell the Customer. Now it is Friday without a Bathtub for use for Showering. And No Plumber and No Calls.

Do not use this Plumber for ANY Reason. You will be dissapointed and left feeling frustrated thinking you have a reliable, professional plumber when you do not.
