A young man installed a tankless hot water heater and left the water pressure at 100lb/sq in. All the showers were leaking. We called several times for several weeks and asked them to come back and resolve. But they had been paid and this just wasn't a priority. We ended up paying another plumber $400 to fix the problem.

Fast and professional. Very knowledgeable technician.

They left trash, they did not have a clamp for the dishwasher hose with them, they forgot to purge and turn on the gas for the range and in the process of cutting a stuck pipe, they cut the lip of the tub drain off. Now we need to buy a new tub. The guy doing the work said that he had 8 months of plumbing experience. What should have been completed in one day or less, took 3 days.

Trinity installed a water heater I purchased at Home Depot and did a good job. The problem I have is the water heater was leaking and was  I  told I needed a new pressure regulator but they couldn't do it that day. They told me they would come back the following Monday and I never heard from them again. I used Angie's list to find a plumber to install the regulator and was very happy with the work they did.  I gave them 5  stars

Trinity was wonderful- quick, courteous and the price was right. They
had a slight scheduling conflict on the original day they were set to come
(understood as some jobs just take longer than you expect). To make up for it,
they offered to come after hours, the very next morning and then we settled on
the next week. They called before arriving and came first thing in the morning.
In and out in a very short time and the installation is perfect. We will
definitely call Trinity again for any plumbing needs!

Excellent service.

Called them at 8 AM and the repairs were done by 9:30 AM!  Awesome service!  The tech was professional, courteous and efficient.  I will recommend them to everyone I know.

He came started on it right away and resolved problem in about5 minutes .

I got a leak just after the big freeze (-2F) in early January. Called a couple of plumbers but they couldn't help me for several days and unwilling to discuss "out of hours" service.
 
Called Trinity, Nick came round in less than 30 mins ... made sure the water was turned off .... took a look and then arranged for one of his team (Bobby)  to come round. Within 2 hours the repair had been done quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with this experience and would definately use them again.
They charged a fair price for the prompt service.
