At 10:00 I received a text telling me Justin was on his way. I waited a couple hours & when no one showed up, I called the office. The office lady said that they had an emergency and had to pull some people off their assignments. Sometime after 1:00 Justin showed up. Was at my house for about 20 minutes and said he needed to leave and go to Home Depot or Lowe's to purchase supplies to do the job. He was gone about an hour, came back and installed the plumbing for the shower. This took him about 1 1/2 hours. He charged me $650.00 for about 2 hours work. He left the cleanup for me. Because I was having my old shower replaced he only put the plumbing in on the first day. The 2nd day he was scheduled to come on Wednesday between 8:00-12:00. On Tuesday around 10:00 I got a text saying he was on his way. I called the office & said my appointment was on Wednesday with them. The lady said Steve probably made a mistake when entering the appointment. Anyway I cancelled my plans & waited for Justin. He was at my house by 10:30. Was there about 10 minutes & told me he needed to leave to go buy the parts to finish my shower faucet installation. He came back in about 45 minutes and finished the work. When he was done he said he was only going to charge me for a service call & the part he bought. I said I thought the $650.00 he charged me would have covered the whole thing. He said it depends on what I was quoted. I said I didn't get a quote before the work was done & that I was pretty blindside by the $650.00. He said he would call the office & see what they wanted to do. I said remember I'm a senior citizen & you all advertise a senior discount. After talking to the office they decided not to charge me more. Again he did not clean up. My entire shower & countertop removal & installation only cost $2547.00. And the handle shower installation costs $650.00! I supplied the entire kit for the shower handle installation. He spent less than 5 hours working. The parts he supplied couldn't have been even close to $100.00 I do not recommended this company.

On time, quick, efficient, and friendly service. Quickly diagnosed problems and was able to fix both of them in less than 30 minutes. Explained what the problem was, how it was fixed, asked for and answered all of my questions. Justin was excellent and will definitely contact Davis Plumbing for any other needs we might have.

When Raymond Pickard arrived he was courteous and ready to do the job at hand. He fixed our leak in the bathroom tub in no time!! I was concerned about the virus we have but Raymond put me at ease and wore a mask. I would recommend their services to anyone. Misty at the office was more than helpful. It was an amazing experience.

It was easy to set up an appointment for a quote to install a valve for an outdoor BBQ on an existing pipe. Plumber called the day of service and asked if he could come earlier because he had an open block of time, we said yes. We explained what we wanted, he asked a couple of questions and made some suggestions. We liked the price he quoted and since he had the parts on the truck, he was able to do the install right then. He checked that all the parts on the BBQ lit as they should. We would definitely use this company again.

John was knowledgeable and very experienced. He worked closely with Northwest Marble for the remodel of my guest bath. He was prompt with his appointments with us, and his work was perfect. We are so pleased with Davis Plumbing we are going to request John do the plumbing for the removal of my master bath Jacuzzi for a soaker tub. Thanks John for the great work.

It was an excellent experience. Determined problem after careful examination. Removed and replaced old water heater in a professional, careful and clean manner. Would not hesitate to hire them again if needed. Thank you Davis Plumbing!!!

Excellent. These folks did routine work for me a couple of times a few years ago. Called this week for some big underground leaks (defective pipes from construction, sadly). Very pleased with their attention, promptness, thoroughness. Everybody is exceptionally nice and professional. These folks are unquestionably TOP NOTCH.

Simple problem simply fixed

Went well. Replaced the water heater with one with competitive price and quality to a similar product at Lowes. They would have been a little higher if were not for the 10% discount from Angie's list. Service person was congenial and informative. No pressure to upgrade, just an explanation of what we were likely to need and a quote on what that would cost. Installed the same day and is working well.

I came home to find water pouring through my ceiling because of a frozen bathroom pipe in my attic. When I called looking for help , the Office lady told me Russ ( owner ) would come to help and that he was a good guy and he was reasonable. She said he’d be there in a hour or two. I hung up phone and started cleaning the mess , within 10 minutes he was at my door. I was shocked. He fixed my problem. I couldn’t be happier with this company. I highly recommend.

Great service, definitely recommended. I called in the morning, the lady who answered the phone asked a few questions on tank size and such. She said they would try to get somebody out that afternoon to replace it. The guys showed up, noticed that the way the old heater was installed was not up to code and potentially dangerous. They ordered a shorter version of same capacity heater that could be installed and avoid potential issues down the road, went to pick it up and were back 30 minutes later. They got it installed surprisingly quick that night. Overall pretty happy with them and will definitely use again for plumbing services.

Drains were cleared effectively and relatively quickly.

The service from Davis Plumbing was excellent. They were able to stop out the day after we called, and they determined the unit was corroded and needed replacement. They replaced the unit the same day along with a few modifications to our plumbing system. I would gladly recommend David Plumbing.

All went perfectly as did the cleanup in the yard.

They cut out the plugged section and replaced it. Had it done in an hour. Everything has been going good so far.

Submitted claim to my Home Warranty company and they assigned the job to Davis Plumbing. Davis Plumbing got right out and found the source of the leak and fixed it. Very professional.

The plumber came out on time and had the leak fixed in less than 45 minutes. The price was great and service was greater!

After some problem solving our plumber figured out there was a blockage since the toilet was installed when the house was built! He did a great job removing it and we haven't had any problems since then.

I called Davis Plumbing to fix a broken toilette flange. It was a Holiday week, but they were able to to get to me in 24 hours. They arrived on time, which showed their skill as I was their last stop on a Friday. Repair cost was a fair price. Jason answered all my questions. I like to know how things work. They are my new go to Plumber.
