"I do not recommend Bath Planet. The cost is exorbitant for such a pretty product made with poor quality materials and shoddy installation. There is too much give in the flimsy walls and pan. After only a month, I had to have someone come in and recaulk. It took a LOT of caulk for the big gaps. Yes, there was mold. Then, two years later, yet another issue. We noticed a squishing sound in the hall, then water started coming up between the floorboards. It took a plumber two trips (and a week of using no water in that end of the house - no dishwasher, kitchen sink, laundry, or bathroom) so the floors could dry and he could find the source of the water. Turns out, the shower drain was not properly installed, or perhaps it had worked itself loose with the flimsy bendable pan. Water was draining between the concrete slab and our pvc laminate flooring. Yes, I am upset. I am so sorry I allowed Bath Planet anywhere near my house."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"If you don’t want to deal with BS, Ted is your guy. He shows up and works hard. He does all the work himself, and he does a good job. The quality of his tile work is definitely expert level. His pricing is very transparent, as he provides an itemized list for everything he charges for. He’s just a real solid, old school type of guy that you can trust to do what he says he is going to do. He’s also very up front about anything that he doesn’t feel qualified to do. He keeps his job site clean and hauls off all the debris and waste. He’s very flexible and easy to work with. I messed up and bought the wrong kind of tile for the floor, but Ted worked with me to get it all straightened out. I would advise you to clear anything you are going to buy with your contractor first before you buy it. Overall, I highly recommend Ted."

"Excellent people and the work was done on time and on budget. They exceeded my expectations and Randy is great at letting you know the schedule and when everything will be done. I had a leak which included foundation repair, sheetrock repair, replacing the hardwood floor, trimming down some doors, laying new vapor barrier under my house and regrouting a shower. The hardwood matches exactly and I could not be more pleased with the Johnson Brothers. They came highly recommended to me by a large foundation company in the area that could not work on my old house since my crawl space was not tall enough. They told me that there are alot of people that say they do foundation work, and some may be cheaper, but if you want someone that knows what they are doing call the Johnson Brothers. "Most contractors didn't want the complicated project of re-roofing our greenhouse/pool room, but Dennis and his crew at Condor G.C. took it on and did a fantastic job. They started quickly and completed the job faster than expected. Dennis kept us updated on when to expect the crew, and they worked efficiently and professionally. The polycarbonate roof panels are not load-bearing and require specific connectors and special handling. The crew worked to get the details right, and our new roof looks beautiful both inside and outside. We are very happy with their work!"

"I called for a quote and Dan was awesome. He arrived on schedule, walked me through everything he recommended. I rent but the carpet had pet odor that needed to be addressed. He gave me the quote wi yay reasonable price and time to think about it. When I was ready, he had me on the schedule within the week. Again he arrived as schedule, well just a few minutes late, but he sent a message an hour prior to let me know. He did an amazing job. The carpet has brightened up, the pet smell is gone! He assured me if there were any issues to call and he’d be there to fix it. I can’t foresee any issues. But I know Dan would be good in his word. If you need a good carpet cleaning service, Dan will be the only call you need to make."
