My leak was repair very quickly.

They came out and changed one line on the water heater and said he could not change the other one because it had fitting on it and it was not leaking so I said ok.He charge me $114.00 to put my water line on that I bought at Lowes it took him 15 min. Next day the other line started leaking strange it never leaked before so like a fool I called them again and another plumber came and changed it and charged $189.98 to put my line on that I bought at Lowes and there shut off valve it took him about 40 mins . Next day that new line started leaking and I talked to the owner and he said it would cost about $100.00 or so to fix it . So over all I have spent $300.00 to have these so called plumbers to put on my two lines that I bought and there cheap shut off valve and I still have a leak . These guys are scammers trying to mess with disabled people DO NOT HIRE THEM !!!!

The installation of our dishwasher went very well. We were pleased.

Over $1,000 to goof around for 5 hours of work-time charged (plus 2 hours not charged was leaving to wait on the batteries to charge in their sawsall). They were trying to go past a leak under my cement slab by forcing a smaller flex line (1/2 in in my 3/4 copper) down it to the other end. After trying that for a while in one end, they tried to do it from the other end. Didn't work, so they tried an even smaller pex line, 3/8 inch, while I was home and they could have asked me would I accept a 3/8 line in a 3/4 pipe, which I would not (he told me they tried that also). All we had talked about was a 1/2 in line. I asked if they had a camera to see where the hole was and now dig the cement and repair the pipe and the plumber claimed they didn't make any that went past 4 feet long. They could have used a camera to start and see there was a kink in the pipe 5 feet from the end and then NOT attempt to force several pex lines through. I went and got my phone and ordered one from Amazon.com that was 3/8 in camera (smaller than the one he had) with 6 LED lights incorporated in the end and a 30 foot (10 meter) cable for $20 on Amazon. I got it 3 days later and called another plumbing company.

It was the same problem I had in December and I'm still dealing with it. It was the same workers.

I was worried since this happened on a Thursday night that it would be hard to get a plumber to come on Friday and we might have to wait until Monday to get it repaired. Farrell plumbing answered promptly and the girl said she would text the plumber to get back with me, He called me back shortly after that and actually came by within a couple of hours. Steve quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem within 30 minutes. Apparently the line feeding the toilet had blown off and he replaced it with a higher quality line and sturdier coupler. Very pleased at the professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and knowledge displayed in this job by Farwell.

They arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the source of my leaky shower. They did not do the actual repair as it needed a tile contractor to fix the shower pan, but I was thankful they found the problem.

It went well and it was good. Two people were here and it took them about three hours. They were prompt, professional and friendly.

We got off to a rough start.  They misunderstood the time of the appointment and did not show up.  After a phone call, we worked out a new appointment.  When they did arrive, they did an excellent job.  They replaced several parts and repaired others.  They completed the essential work quickly.  The work took too long and they had to set another appointment to complete the work.  They came back and made all the other repairs.  I was pleased with their work.  The cost was a little high, but was fair in light of the work they did and the time they spent.

Update -- They promised, what I remembered as a 10% senior discount.  They then said it was only 5%.  They also failed to include any discount in the invoice.  After several calls to Mr. Farwell, I have not even been able to get the 5% refunded.  I also asked that they look into other repairs and get back to me with a price.  I never got any of that information, no returned phone call.  The only contact I have had has been me calling them and I gave up on that weeks ago.

Farwell arrived, diagnosed problem, and replaced the regulator. All within about 30 minutes. 
We are extremely satisfied.

took out old castiron pipes and replaced.  did everything quickly.  excellent job
