"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Completed siding repairs in a timely manner"

"Went well, although every time I got a call, there was more bad news.  The wall had been leaking because a deck had not been installed properly.  There was no flashing, so all rain water was running inside the wall for years causing rotting and mold.  They took off upper deck boards and removed siding and framing to reveal the problem.  They built a temporary wall, as there was nothing holding the wall up, since the joists were rotted. The windows had to be removed, since everything was rotted.  All was replaced and the windows put back, as well as the siding and deck boards.  Wallboard was replaced inside the room and textured and painted and repairs made to the ceiling.
This was all happening after I had just had the whole downstairs painted. =(
Art Frewalt and his crew were very nice and worked to get the job done as quickly as possible.

"We had Alex and his team add siding. Gutters, and windows to our home. I couldnâ t ask for a better job. We were so please with everything he did, price was very reasonable and he was super fast. Then this past year we had a terrible hailstorm that did extensive damage to our home. Once again we called Alex. He came right out and replaced our roof fixed our gutters and replaced windows. They came on a Sunday afternoon and applied a chemical to my mobile home siding and then pressure washed  the whole thing. All of the green mildew vanished and my siding looks like new. No kidding the outside siding looks brand spanking new. Amazing job. It took about 2 hours and they worked straight through. Everything was put back the way it was when they were done.

He showed me what the pressure wash could do with my deck and he did a test spot and it can bring back the wood to almost the way it was new. That will be my project in the future.
