  We got an estimate around the first of February and scheduled the work to be done when we returned from a cruise, which just happened to coincide with when the coronavirus was blowing up. We notified Wilson's that we were home but the work could wait until their employees could feel safe to work. They came the next week and began installing the siding and windows at the same time. We could not have asked for more attentive or efficient work on our home as they finished it within about a week. We had problems with rain in the forecast, so that delayed the window installation for a day or two, but the siding crew worked every day, coming early and staying late to get finished. They only had to leave early one day due to rain, and the rest of the time, they worked like trojans. We were extremely impressed by the level of service provided, which included supervisors and inspectors coming by to check on the work progress. This is part of their normal service, which really helps customers feel confident that "they haven't been forgotten after the job starts". If we had questions, we were provided answers quickly. We are more than pleased with our new siding and windows and would definitely recommend Wilson's to anyone contemplating making these improvements on their homeshow more

  They first installed the windows, then the siding and guttering. There was a crew of 3 sometimes 4 who came every day and worked about two weeks until the job was completely finished. They were always on time and cleaned up every day. Also, a superviser stopped by routinely to check on things. We were always asked if everything was to our satisfaction. We were completely satisfied with the quality of the materials and the workmanship. The windows and siding are wonderful and the workers did an excellent job installing them. I would recommend this company 100%. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that we signed the contract in June and they couldn't start until mid-August, but I would still use them. I guess this happened because they are so busy and stay on the same job until it is finishedshow more

  Wilson's did an excellent job over all. There were a few small communication issues. Initially they told me they wanted to begin on a Saturday. It was Friday when they told me this. I scurried around and got some things in the yard out of their way and arranged to stay home Saturday morning to talk to the installers when they started. No one showed up on Saturday and no one ever called and said they weren't coming. I had to work and had trips out of town most of the next week so I just let them go ahead and work. The installation crew did good work and did one or two small things they really did not have to do but I appreciate what they did. There were a couple of small items related to the installation details that did not get communicated clearly to the installers. This resulted in a little bit of rework but in the end it was done correctly. When they began the yard was full of leaves. I think this led to some sloppiness. We found quite a few nails and pieces of trim and siding in the leaves after they left. I can understand it would have been extra hard for them to see all the stuff with the leavesshow more

  I don't write many online reviews, but Wilson's definitely deserves one. Every Wilson's representative that I dealt with (Scott, Isaac, Mike, and others) was extremely courteous and professional. The biggest things that stood out to me were punctuality (they always arrived when they said they would) and commitment. For example, when I signed the contract to begin the work, we realized that my sales rep had accidentally quoted me a price for one less window than I needed. However, he admitted the mistake and stood by the original price! There are very few companies that would do that. After the work was completed, there was some leftover debris around the outside of the house, and Mike personally cleaned all all of it up. Thanks Mike! I obtained bids from three companies, and I am glad I chose Wilson's. I'm 100% confident that I got the best quality work for the best possible price. I will definitely call Wilson's next time I have to replace windows or sidingshow more

  They did an excellent job. They had a crew of seven plus a crew boss who was on site. They told me it would take a week to do it. They finished in four days. Their prices were the best. The president of the company called and asked me what kind of service they gave me. The only complaint I had was a couple of the workers had stepped on a couple of my pop up water sprinklers and broke them. The owner immediately asked me who I wanted to repair them and had them repaired. He then sent the crew boss back two different times to make sure they were working properlyshow more
