"Kenneth did an amazing job. He power washed my parents vinyl sided home, garage, front porch, stonework, brickwork. concrete driveway and pool patio areas. It looks fantastic - what a transformation! Kenneth worked very hard to make sure everything looked perfect. I am so pleased with the job, the honest technician, and the very reasonable price. My parents are going to come home from vacation to a new looking home! Thank you Chadek Power Wash! HIghly recommend to anyone!"

"This provider is a class act. I had a quote from them and decided to use someone else. BAD IDEA!!! To make a long story short, I called JR and asked him if he could help me out of a bad situation. He even came to my house on a Sunday to check on the situation I was in. Then, the next day JR and his crew showed up, poured and finished the concrete and took all my stress away. This is a company that seems to strive on customer satisfaction. They did an awesome job and would highly recommend them to anyone needing patio pads, sidewalks or driveways. Thanks again Planit Dirt, deeply appreciated."

Patios questions, answered by experts

If you have multiple rooms that could use some organization, home storage solutions like cubbies in your mudroom or built-in shelving can help you move clutter off the floor. Take it one step further by pairing shelves and cabinets with personalized aesthetic touches like woven or canvas lined metal baskets to add another organizational element.

Sustainable materials and energy-efficient designs support greener construction options.

The average cost to enclose a patio to create a sunroom is around $5,000, and prices generally range from $3,000 up to $10,000. The price you pay will depend on the state of your patio and whether it needs repairs or additional structural support, the quality of the materials you choose, the size of your patio, and whether you plan to run utilities into and finish the sunroom. The price for a fully finished patio enclosure could run up to around $20,000, while you might pay just $2,500 for a screened-in porch.

A well-constructed and well-maintained sunroom can last as long as the rest of your house. If you build the sunroom to the same standards using the same quality materials as the house and perform regular maintenance to ensure the room stays in top condition, it can bring you decades of enjoyment.

Yes, but ensuring the deck has a solid foundation with adequate footings is critical before building, as the weight of a sunroom will put significant pressure on the structure below. Even if your deck is properly constructed, it may not be able to handle the extra weight. While some basic, lightweight, prefabricated sunrooms can sit on a deck with a strong existing foundation without additional supports, in many cases, the foundation and joists will need reinforcement. It is always best to have a structural engineer perform an inspection to evaluate the deck's quality and structural integrity. A professional can help you decide if reinforcement is sufficient or if it's better to tear down the deck and start over.
