His estimate was reasonable, clear and concise and he never tried to upsell or add to what we wanted. He gave an honest opinion and recommendation of the work to be done, the timeframe, and the cost, along with possible alternatives that would best suit us. The time he spent with us that day and his willingness to listen and answer all our questions made us feel very confident that finally, we had an answer to our prayers! Steve is a professional swimming pool expert in his business of Anderson Pool in Cabot Arkansas that has excellent reviews. He ordered the high quality custom fit pool liner that was manufactured specifically for my pool. When he received the new liner he contacted me to drain the pool and start the procedure of removing and disposing of the old liner. Next he inspected and repaired any and all sub liner repairs as required. The next step was to properly hang the new vinyl liner and start filling the pool. That was the slowest part of the job waiting on a garden hose to fill the pool with 32,000 gallons of water. The stormy weather we experienced during this process didn’t help either. Enclosed is a picture of the completed project that speaks for itself on the quality of work performed by Steve and Bradley of Anderson Pool. Rated 5 out of 5. "
