Comfort concepts was quick to respond. Chris came out to work on our HVAC unit. He was so respectful, informative, and knowledgeable. I will be working with them again in the future when we need our mini split replaced.

It went well, Chris (with Comfort Concepts) did a very thorough and professional job. And even with the unexpected parts my outside unit needed, the overall cost was reasonable. Hope I don't have to call 'em out to much ? but if / when I need future work on my heat / air system I'll be calling "Comfort Concepts" ?

The owner personally came to my home and inspected the older unit. He explained it would need to be replaced and quoted very fair pricing. The installers were on time, completed the new install with limited interpretations. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home as found. The owner again came out and personally inspected the final installation and to insure I was satisfied. Highly recommend.
