His employee, Collin, came on a  Sat Morning and removed the old backsplash and installed the new backsplash, then came back 2 days later, Christmas Eve, and grouted it. As people may know, the glue had to dry before grouting.  My husband and I could not believe how professional and perfect the tile job was and Collin could not have been nicer, more professional and courteous.  He even went to the store and swapped out the grout I had purchased because the amount was not correct and swapped out the glue because the store had sold me a type which was not correct and which was more expensive than was needed for the job which saved me money. We are definitely going to hire them again for other improvements to our home we have planned.
