"Throughout the summer, we've had him come out and do our lawn bi-weekly. On the initial visit, he took the time to ask exactly how we wanted it done and has maintained the same quality of service over the whole summer. He is approachable, kind, understanding and has an excellent attention to detail. We are hiring him for a number of other services around the house and wouldn't choose anyone else!

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.

DIY is possible, but professional services ensure even removal, safety compliance, and proper cleanup.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.

Costs depend on paint type, surface condition, labor, and required prep work for repainting.
