It went terrible. The installers set off the smoke alarm 3 times, refused to wear mask in the house and did damage to the property. We complained and the came back a month after install and did nothing. We complained again in November and were purposely ignored for over 3 months! They ignored us...

I had a good experience.They did the whole first floor of my home and they sanded all the floors down to the original wood, they restained all of the wood and then they refinished the stained wood with two coats of polyurethane. They also refinished the molding around so it was a fairly big job....
