"Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.

"Don was AMAZING. Don and Alex, were very efficient, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. I was moving alone, their help and expertise was immeasurable. I'd requested for a bed to be disassembled at my past address, and reassembled at my current address. The price was fair, so I also asked that they do some other small jobs for me, which he obliged. I didn't have all of the supplies that were needed, and they went to the store for me, acquired the needed products/tools, and completed the add-on jobs.
