We purchased the unit from them at a very competitive price and we could not have experienced any higher professional manner in which Logan Barkley and his associates (Aaron and Derrick) provided us. From the time of the assessment of our needs until the unit was installed the service was outstanding! They were very impressive from the beginning of the project until the completion. They were prompt, courteous, and very respective. If it were possible to give them a rating of above 5 Stars, I would have given that rating to them! "Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.

"First time job was done very well and all painters were very professional.  We selected a color from a little sampler which you couldn't tell what color it really was and when the job was finished the room looked pink, which wasn't going to work.  My wife was very unhappy about the way the color turned out so the owner was asked to repaint it and we would pay him and purchase our own paint.  He wasn't very happy but agreed to for a set amount.  The second crew had only one of the original painters with them and they did a much worse job by not covering the floor and so we had to clean up paint drippings, they left wide paint brush strokes next to trim on the walls and one of the workers used the bathroom and left it in a mess.  When we confronted the owner with our findings he became belligerent and said we didn't know what we were talking about and then stormed out the door.  We tried to find out what he was going to do to correct the problem and he would never answer our phone calls.  Later we went to the BBB he said he would talk with us about the problem but by that time we had our fair share of the nonsense so we have never settled the issue and to this date we refuse to deal with the owner again."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !
