    Definitely 5 stars! Don Thomas Construction is wonderful! We were moving from Georgia and bought an older home in Athens that needed some renovations. We were on a time crunch and only had 8 weeks to complete the renovations. He started the renovations the Monday after we closed on the house. I had a long list of changes: replace the old shower with a bigger one which involved moving some plumbing, remove the jetted tub and replace it with a soaker tub, replace all the old tile in the bathroom with new tile, replace 2 toilets, remove two pillars in the living room, paint the entire interior - walls, ceiling, doors & trim, and replace the kitchen tile with hardwood. Also, we wanted the detached garage sheet rocked and insulated, an air conditioner/heating unit installed, pull down stairs in both garages replaced, and a separate storage room built in the detached garage. But then I started adding more items. I decided the kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, and countertops needed to be replaced too as well as the tile around the fireplace. We also added a tank-less water heater. Mr Thomas knew a cabinet maker who could make the cabinets and keep me on schedule. When the pillars were removed, he knew where to get the hardwood type to make the repairs for the missing hardwood under the pillars. His painting sub-contractor and his electrician were fantastic. Needless to say, the renovations were finished on time for our furniture to be delivered

    The technician was running late but he called to let me know and adjust his expected arrival time. Once here, he was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me estimates for replacing my kitchen light fixture as well as for just replacing the ballast. Since the fixture was very old I decided to go with the replacement. He also replaced an exhaust fan in one bathroom. Everything is working well

    Feria did an excellent job from beginning to end. They immediately came to look at our project and provided an estimate right away. The crew was very punctual, arriving and leaving at the same time every day and they always left the jobsite clean and orderly. They worked on our house during one of the hottest weeks this summer and nothing slowed them down or affected their pleasant attitudes. In addition, paint was only found where it was supposed to be! There was excellent communication throughout the project. When we compared punch lists, they were already tracking everything I found and then some. The final walkthrough was very thorough and only then was a check written. In home repair you definitely get what you pay for. Going for bottom line price, the homeowner usually pays twice - once for a substandard job and once for the effort involved in hassling over all the little details. We definitely got more than we paid for on this project - a rare result. When it comes time to paint the interior, I will be calling Feria with only one question: "When can you start?

    Pro Building handled my niece's insurance claim. She had severe water damage to her house from a HVAC unit malfunction. I referred them to Pro Building because they did work for me before and did a great job for me. Pro Building and their exceptional team came in and not only dried out the property but also moved them out and put them into temporary housing (billed the carrier-not my niece). They took care of everything with the carrier and were able to get everything paid for with them only owing their deductible ($1,000). When I tell you this house turned out incredible, I mean it! They did such a great job! They went above and beyond to help in every way! 10/10 would refer them to anyone needing any kind of insurance claim
