"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "I can honestly say Tony is the most reliable person I have hired in recent years. He is there when he says we will be; if there is something unforeseeable that will detain him, he lets you know right away and works around your schedule. To say Tony did painting is just partially correct but it was the closest thing I could choose from the HA list. Tony was contacted about multiple "handy man" tasks that need attention at our home. He went through everything on the list, discussed options and let me know what to expect. He did everything from removing and replacing an iron railing to providing window installers. Because Tony is professional, meticulous, thorough and capable, as he finished one set of things we needed, we had him continue with drywall repair; painting the interior of our home; installing and staining a headboard ceiling; door adjustments; replacing lights and switches; and probably some things I've forgotten about. He also provided options for hardwood repair. He does full remodeling which we discussed for a bathroom remodel but have put that on hold. Tony is honest and trustworthy---so much so that he is one of the ONLY service providers I've ever left alone in my house. Not only do I fully recommend him but I will definitely be hiring him next time we need anything done here."
