"Scheduling the estimate was easy and quick. However, my experience went down hill after that. They sent someone over to replace the board on the back, and the person apparently used one of my flower pots to stand on and replace the board. He did not even put it back. Also, he left work trash from where he worked. The gutter situation was even worse. For weeks on end, I would call and either not get anyone, or call and they would say, "Oh, we'll definitely come tomorrow." On the day that was going to be their "last chance", they brought the new gutters and left them lying in my yard. (I live in a townhouse community, so this was actually pretty embarrassing). The gutters were left there for over a week while I tried to get a hold of them. When I finally got in touch with someone, as always, they said, "We'll come put them on tomorrow." I replied, "If they're not on my house tomorrow, I do NOT want them at all." I said just charge me for the replaced board, and I'm done. They actually came the next day (after about a month and a half from my request for them to do the work). They may be a good company, if you need a complete renovation and have a ton of money to spend, but apparently, they brush you off if you simply need new gutters."
