"I was very happy with them at the beginning but was more irritated than happy with them at the end. The two workers that did the demo, carpentry and painting were excellent. The guy that did the tile did okay with the tile but I found a place in the shower floor that was filled with caulk. It came out when I was cleaning and left a hole in the grout. There were several things they did at the end that I thought were sloppy. The supervisor told me to and quot;trust him and quot; and go ahead and pay him and he would come back the next work day and install the insulation that I paid for and I still haven't heard back after more than a month. I had someone else fix the things that were not right or undone.

I have been working for my grandfather who builds custom homes and I have just started my own LLC and trying to get things going. I have my Alabama Home Builders License. I can do anything from small jobs like decks or replacing doors/ windows to big jobs like remodeling houses or building them from the ground up.

He did initially tried to charge me a little more than the average for the area but after I explained that I had done research for the labor costs and already have materials he got the cost significantly also mention that you found him on Angie's List. I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people.

"This company is owned and run by "old school" professional people who do what they say they will do. Everyone from the office staff to the crew that did the work to the owner Greg McBride were wonderful to work with. I wish I had know about them 4 years ago and I would have used them for everything in and around my home. I trust them and will use them in the future."

"He was VERY courteous and nice. And so was the guy working with him. They came in on a Saturday to try and get it done, but had to wait and let the sub floors dry out through the weekend and come back on Monday. But they have been great through it all. I even made a mistake on the check, and instead of taking advantage of me he had his bank call and make it right. I would DEFINITELY hire him again, and plan too in the very near future. "Work started when promised. Hard fast workers. Moved quicker than I thought. Actual pour was delayed due to a concrete truck malfunction, but when delivery was rescheduled, they worked to finish before dark. This was not an issue or inconvenience for me. Very happy with the way it turned out and how they tied it in to my current drive that was on a slope."
