The owner came out the same day I notified several companies about my wanting to see if I needed more blown-in insulation. He was the only one to call and came right out. He went into the attic and suggest 6-7 more inches (the house was built in 2002) and he found where no insulation was put in when the house was built. I got home that day and checked the work and found that only half the items on the contract were completed. I contacted the rep and after discussing the situation we altered the work and contract.
