I don't really like what they did. He took the AC cover off of it and let the air get to it. I would not recommend them. I don't have trust in what they say. They were responsive.

It was good. It cost us $189 because we didn't have any type of maintenance deal with them. They didn't beat around the bush. They went to the point. They explained what they had to do. They didn't use technical terms that only people at their industry would understand. Even though they were a little backed up, they didn't boost us over to the next day. They understood it was an emergency and they came on out. We didn't have a maintenance agreement or a home warranty or anything like that; they just came on out anyway. They didn't try to gut us.

AS YOU CAN SEE I HAVE A OLDER HOME SO ANDY  DISCUSSED WITH ME NEW PRODUCTS AND  BETTER WAYS TO INSULATE MY HOME AND HELP LOWER MY POWER BILL.THEY REALLY DO TAKE TIME TO TALK WITH YOU ABOUT YOUR HOME.  ALSO THEIR NEW BROCHURE SAYS THEY OFFER OTHER HOMEOWNER SERVICES AS WELL. SO GIVE THEM A TRY.

The next day I got another air-conditioner repair person  to come out and he  had it up and running in a very short time, after repairing leaks in the suction line and liquid line of the outside unit. He also replaced the capacitors in the outside unit as well. It has been over a month and my air conditioner has never run better.

"[Member name removed], Your unit is 14 yrs old. According to you, your husband bought it used originally. I told you it wasn't worth putting that kind of money into the first time I was out. My first visit, you had family members remodeling for you.My second visit, I commented how good it looked and you ran them in the dirt to me. Is it now my turn? Upon entering your house it was apparent you have shut the outside world out,the internet is your source of communication. I came out at 10:00pm on Saturday night and installed a new loaner a/c unit to keep you cool.Which u still have! Your review is slanderous and appears to comes from a bitter woman. I am not sueing you over the new unit you refuse to return to me.I think everyone agrees,lawyers are busy enough.Your last conversation with my office showed such trash language! It showed your true view of the world. Everyone is not out to get you! If you are burning up at 10:00pm at night again,you are welcome to call on me again for help.Just get my name,dates,dollar amounts,company name and the facts of the event right please. Your whole review is just incorrect. Thanks, Mr. Cross (not Mr. Cain)"

THEY DID THE JOB AND RETURNED UNTIL THE NEW UNIT WORKED TO MY SATISFACTION. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY WORKED WITH ME ON APPOINTMENT TIMES SINCE I WORK 8-5 M-F. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS ALSO GREAT AT EXPLAINING ANYTHING I ASKED ABOUT. I PICKED UP THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT FOR MY UNIT BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK ETHIC. I JUST HAD MY UNIT SERVICED FOR THE SUMMER 2011 AND AGAIN THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
