"When J. chandler and helper started setting up, they opened the trailer ramp and one cable to the ramp was not connected to the drum, making it a tripping hazard, they secured the cable under the ramp and continued to download the hopper. The wheels on the hopper appeared to have a bent axle as the wheels were on a 30 ~ 40 degree angle most likely to being subject to overweight condition in the past. They were having trouble putting the hopper into my garage as the 1 1/2 inch step was too much for the hopper to overcome. I gave them 2 plastic angle blocks to be able to navigate the step with their hopper. They commenced working and shortly after they started J. Chandler was in the attic and the helper asked me if I had a stick for him to break up the insulation so the hopper could blow it into the attic. I gave him a walking stick so he could complete his task. They were definitely not prepared to professionally complete the task. When they finished and told me they could not access the attic. I couldn’t believe he didn’t advise me of that condition 10 days earlier when he gave me the quote. I discussed this with the previous home owner and she provided me a statement of work from 6/26/2017 reflecting R38 blanket and batt insulation, 14 3/4 inches thick was installed. I perceive I have been ripped off!"

I use proper cleaning products for home pressure washing. I use proper paint products for painting. I am consciencious and thourough in my general repairs. I have owned rental properties. I do charge for an estimate which the charge is taken off the bill if accepted and the repair is over $200.00. The estimate charge is; $35.00. I also offer job site supervision for an hourly agreed rate or consulting on a project . I am confident that even if you do not hire me to perform the work. My advice and experience are a very fair value. I have photo's of work performed and will be adding reviews of customers as I go along.
