They painted the metal roof and the place where we went to pick the colors was really nice. They were really quiet when they were doing the work. They screw in the nails instead of nailing them. Also, they put a insulate liner under the metal roof to make the attic cooler. This helps us save money in utilities, and we have actually seen a difference in the bill."

"It went great. They were on time with all scheduling. They air sealed all of our duct work and added insulation into the attic. We were having major problems with our bathroom being cold in the winter and hot in the summer and my bathroom was finally a comfortable temperature during the last cold front. "Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

Sam and Dan have been an absolute godsend ! I contacted them because we discovered water damage in a closet and on the ceiling in a bedroom. We had received another estimate for the roof but Sam and Dan got down on their hands and knees and discovered water damage and wood rot not only in the front eaves but in the back eaves as well. Their attention to detail was impressive, both have backgrounds as insurance adjusters. They gave us fair, accurate and complete estimates. Yes, you can get a cheaper estimate but you won't get a more quality job completed . They use only the best materials and don't skip steps. "The mold was removed.  However, the contractor was supposed to replace some insulation that was removed for cleaning. That
 insulation has not been replaced.  Also, a roll of carpeting was taken from the basement after he was instructed to not take it away.

In phone calls and texts he had informed me that he had the roll of carpet and would return it and re-install the insulation, and has yet to do so several months later.

I would not recommend this contractor.
